Tim Hernandez, MD
Dr. Tim Hernandez practices family medicine at Entira Family Clinics in West St. Paul, and precepts medical students through the University of Minnesota. In addition to his current role, Dr. Hernandez chairs the MN Community Measurement Board of Directors. He is the oldest of nine children born and raised in St. Paul. He married his high school sweetheart, Midge, while attending Carleton College. After graduating with a degree in psychology, they moved further south to Rochester, where he received his medical degree from Mayo Medical School. He has coached various sports for many years and currently coaches high school football at his alma mater, St. Thomas Academy.
